You can be spread over a number of resorts, have any number of instructors and offer a number of lesson types be they private tuition or courses. Bookings can be taken by cheque or cash and a credit card processing system is also available if you have a UK bank merchant account. If you can take credit cards you can also let the system take online bookings from your customers for no extra charge. Once lessons are booked they can easily be moved whether you want to change the instructor taking the lesson or change the date and time the lesson is due to take place. There's also the added benefit that the entire system is based on the Internet and so can be accessed from anywhere there is Internet access, whether it be in the office, at the resort or back home. The system also keeps all your data from the very first day you start using it, enabling you to check back to previous seasons in the years to come. We've worked with one of the uk's best known ski schools to make the system the best it can possibly be and we're striving to improve it all the time and we're more than happy to hear what you think. We'll listen to any opinions of how to improve the site and if they're possible, we'll do all we can to include them. |
